Free users can send up to 2GB per transfer, while Premium users can send up to 10GB per transfer. If you need to send larger files, consider upgrading to Premium.

Free transfers expire after 7 days, while Premium transfers can be set to expire after up to 30 days. After expiration, files are automatically deleted from our servers for your privacy and security.

Yes! You can select up to 10 files at once and they'll be transferred together. Your recipients will receive a single download link for all files.

Yes! Premium users can add password protection to their transfers for an extra layer of security. The recipient will need to enter the password you provide to access the files.

Free transfers allow up to 5 downloads per transfer. Premium users can set custom download limits or allow unlimited downloads until expiration.

Premium is €19 per month, billed monthly. We also offer annual billing at €114 per year (50% discount). You can cancel anytime and your account will remain Premium until the end of your billing period.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account will automatically switch to the free plan.

We support all file types! Whether it's documents, images, videos, archives, or any other format, you can send it through MoveMyFiles. There are no file type restrictions.

If an upload fails, you can simply try again. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your files don't exceed the size limits. If problems persist, contact our support team.

Yes! Registered users can see download statistics in their dashboard, including the number of times files have been downloaded and when the last download occurred.
